We do not offer any forms of refund, however should a product be damaged (non-functional) for any reason then evidence of such should be provided via email to [email protected] within 1-3 days of order receipt. We will offer a credit (minus processing fees) that can be used on our website valid for 6 months from the date of the claim investigation closure. After the investigation is completed, the customer will be notified to return the claimed order items to our facility at their expense.
